What does a customer returns associate do?

A Customer Returns Associate is responsible for processing product returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers have a smooth and positive experience. They inspect returned items for damage or defects, verify receipts or proof of purchase, and follow company policies to issue refunds or replacements. Additionally, they may update inventory records, restock returned merchandise, and answer customer inquiries related to returns.
