We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable communicating with customers. You'll help clients with their insurance needs while also identifying opportunities to provide additional value and support the agency's growth.

A valid insurance license will be required. Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply if they are willing to obtain their license upon selection.

What You'll Do

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Answer customer questions and assist with insurance service needs.

Follow up with customers and prospects in a timely, professional manner.

Review customer needs and educate them about available insurance products and coverage options.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and support agency sales efforts.
