Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using the ProboTalent platform, including HR teams, recruiters, and hiring managers

Guide users through the digital assessment and candidate credibility features ProboTalentAI, including reference checks, endorsements, and employment verifications

Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical bugs to the product/engineering team

Assist new clients with onboarding and platform setup

Educate users on best practices for streamlining recruitment, focusing on top candidates, and hiring smarter ProboTalentAI

Log and track all interactions in the CRM system and contribute to the knowledge base

Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product improvements

Qualifications
