What does a customer representative manager do?

A Customer Representative Manager oversees a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that customers receive prompt, helpful, and courteous service. They are responsible for training staff, monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
