Your New Role

As a Call Center Rep, you’ll be the heartbeat of our office, fielding inbound calls, scheduling jobs, keeping customers happy, and making sure every tech hits the ground running.


What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with confidence and professionalism
• Convert calls into booked service appointments that drive revenue
• Partner with techs and the office team to keep scheduling tight and error free
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and uncover additional needs
• Resolve issues calmly and effectively in real time
• Keep accurate notes and data in the CRM (attention to detail is key)
• Stay up to date on promotions, services, and company procedures


What You’ll Need
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
