AlphaGraphics of Downtown Raleigh is not only the oldest commercial printing company in North Carolina but also a future-focused marketing solutions provider offering much more than traditional print collateral. We are a one-stop-shop for signage, high-volume mailing digital marketing, and design, as well as full offset and digital printing in-house.
Our tight-knit team in AlphaGraphics - US698 is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. 
We are growing our team and are looking for a capable professional to work closely with and report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations. This is a great opportunity within our company for a well-organized and eager individual who likes customer-facing and project management. This role will be instrumental in the communication and job management of our most important clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists the executive team with managing orders, tracking production, etc.
  • Suggests appropriate products and services to meet customer needs and budget
  • Assists in following up on leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls, marketing, and email activity
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers
  • Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow-up procedures
  • Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
  • Executes a variety of marketing functions, including mailings, thank you cards, website, social media, etc.
  • Helps as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
  • Manages the oversight of their jobs through the prepress and production process
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least two years in retail, inside sales, customer service or executive assistant work
  • Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
  • Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Adobe tools a plus
