Job description

Mayvin is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) who will be responsible for supporting Senior Executives and Associate Directors, Deputy Director, and Director, as needed, in a timely and professional manner. The EA will work independently on projects from conception to completion, exercise intelligent judgment with little supervision while exercising high confidentiality, and work under pressure when needed while handling various activities and confidential matters with discretion. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation. Responsibilities : * Act as the primary point of contact to represent executives with their internal and external customer base * Make travel arrangements, plan, and execute all activities within the automated travel system * Prepare meeting documents, including agendas, slide decks, handouts, and notes * Coordinate VIP Visits and other specialty services that support US Marshals events * Assist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials * Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc.
