Sales Operations Manager

 

Primary Responsibilities

Commercial Operations & Bid Management

  • Lead the bid desk, primarily basic international sales quotations and proposal preparation.
  • Manage international sales opportunities from initial inquiry through close, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability.
  • Track pipeline performance, bid success rates, and key sales metrics, providing regular reporting to leadership and Operations meetings.
  • Support the domestic sales team with Superior equipment quotations as required.


CRM & Sales Operations (HubSpot)

  • Own and administer the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
  • Establish CRM governance, maintaining accurate customer, prospect, and opportunity records.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and KPIs to measure sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and implement marketing automation, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns to improve conversion throughout the sales funnel.


Marketing & Brand Management

  • Manage the annual marketing calendar and marketing budget.
  • Lead execution of all marketing initiatives while coordinating with internal and external creative resources. No graphic work or experience is required.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

 

 

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Own the company's digital presence, including website optimization and lead generation strategy.
  • Manage search visibility through SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and technical website optimization.
  • Oversee paid digital advertising, including Google Ads, and manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Develop and manage Facebook Marketplace and other online sales channels as appropriate.
  • Monitor inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up, proper CRM routing, and accountability through the sales process.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve digital marketing ROI, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
