Customer Service Associate | Account Support & Sales DevelopmentAbout PTL ONE

PTL ONE is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong account support, customer relationship management, and order processing experience who is interested in developing a long-term career in sales and account management.

Working directly with the VP of Sales, you will play a key role in supporting customer accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing order activity, and learning the full sales process. This is a high-visibility opportunity with a defined career path into Account Management, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, account support, and customer service requests.

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.

  • Manage order tracking, order status updates, inventory availability, and customer communications.

  • Provide sales support to the VP of Sales and assist with key account management activities.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Support onboarding of new customer accounts and maintain ongoing account relationships.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, communications, and activity within CRM and internal systems.

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, inventory, and leadership teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.

Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, account management, client services, or sales support.

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with order processing, order management, and customer account support.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
