End-to-End CRM & Promotion Execution: Owning the full lifecycle of campaigns, from building and launching targeted communications to managing promo codes and ensuring precise user targeting.
Performance Analytics & Monitoring: Tracking campaign flow performance, pulling results, estimating incrementality, and providing data-driven recommendations for scalability.
Process Codification: Documenting operational best practices and defining functional requirements to help transition manual workflows into automated, scalable growth efforts
Mandatory Requirement
Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination, specifically within a high-growth environment.
