A Customer Relationship Associate is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients or customers. They handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage loyalty, and support the overall growth of the company by delivering excellent service. They often communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person, and may also assist with account management and feedback collection.

Is a Customer Relationship Associate an entry level job?
