Responsibilities:
  • Learn company culture, products, and operational procedures.
  • Help our customers resolve issues and gain their trust

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer and distribution account management.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in dental is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of customer care.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a positive team member.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Punctuality and attendance per requirements.
  • Job is in office at location of West Jordan. No health conditions preventing working in the office per required time period.
  • Experience with MS Office, CRM, and ecommerce are preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm/8:00 am to 4:30 pm/9am to 5:30pm shifts depending on territory coverage in different time zone
