ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency four years ago after spending nearly a decade with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I worked my way from Management Trainee to Branch Manager. My background in leadership, customer service, and team development helped prepare me to build an agency focused on helping people while creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.
I played Division I baseball at the College of Charleston and recently married my wife, Nathia. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in the community and supporting local softball and Little League baseball teams. Building relationships and giving back to the community are important parts of both my personal and professional life.
Our agency currently consists of five team members, including both sales and service professionals. We offer PTO, paid holidays, ongoing training and development, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in investing in our team members and providing the tools, coaching, and support needed to build a successful long-term career.
Our culture is friendly, laid-back, and family-oriented, while still maintaining a strong focus on growth and performance. We work hard, support one another, and celebrate success together. I'm looking for individuals who are motivated, positive, hardworking, and eager to grow both personally and professionally. If you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact, develop your skills, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to meet you.
