Are you a person who loves to work with customers and ensure they have had a great experience?ย  Are you someone who is organized and does great follow-up, as well as, holding others accountable for the same?ย  Are you an experienced Customer Relations Manager looking for a great opportunity?ย  Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking to add a Customer Relations Manager to our team.ย  This person will work with our sales staff and report to the General Manager.ย  They will help provide an outstanding customer experience by dealing with customers at delivery and during any follow up that is required after the sale for their vehicle.ย  This is a new position for us and will evolve over time.ย ย This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who likes to get in and make things happen.

Abilities:

  • Ability to handle multiple requests at one time
  • Ability to deal with customers if they are angry or upset and work towards a resolution
