Job description

Customer Relations Representative

As a key member of the Koroseal Interior Products team, the Customer Relations Representative plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our direct accounts. This position is often the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for managing a wide range of customer service functions including order processing, shipping, sample fulfillment, and quote coordination.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while building relationships with global clients and internal teams.

This is an in-person role based in either our Louisville, KY manufacturing facility or Medina, OH corporate headquarters. The position will report to the Direct Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers with product information, order placement, and general service needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as marketing, logistics and quality control, etc.
  • Manage requests for quotations, enter/update customer orders, and process sample requests.
  • Provide proactive communication and problem-solving throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and communication records related to customer interactions.
  • Manage inventory programs, ensuring alignment with established terms and proactive communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
