About the Job: We are searching for a dynamic Customer Relations Specialist to complete handle customer concerns.Responsibilities:Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaintsCheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problemsKeep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions takenResolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchangingComplete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computersRefer unresolved customer grievances to upper management for further investigationDetermine charges for service requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billingContact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustmentsSolicit sales of new or additional services or productsOrder tests that could determine the causes of product malfunctionsObtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causesExperience and Requirements:Minimum 3 years in a customer service capacity, and 1+ year of outbound calling experience.
