We are seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Serve as the billing expert for our team.  
  • Providing information about insurance products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving billing issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Becoming an expert with vast knowledge of our products and services.
