Hiring: Customer Relations Manager

  • Pay: $3,500 - $5,000 per month (DOE)
  • Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Partner with dealership leadership on process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Track, manage, and respond to online reviews and customer feedback
  • Monitor calls and provide coaching opportunities to support team performance
  • Support manufacturer programs, audits, and survey reporting requirements
  • Assist with receptionist scheduling, training, and departmental support as needed

What You'll Bring
