  • Guide new members through onboarding, including app setup, club management profiles, member portal tutorials, and policy overviews
  • Greet all arrivals with a professional, welcoming demeanor and direct guests to their next destination, coordinating security escorts when needed
  • Manage the corporate phone line and log all inbound calls accurately in the CRM
  • Support event coordination, from tracking attendees and lunches to managing waivers and required paperwork
  • Serve as the primary contact for billing questions and account inquiries, processing billing and following up on outstanding balances
  • Keep member accounts accurate and current, including contact and billing information
  • Update the club app with current club schedules, closures, events, and programming
  • Open and close the Clubhouse and Driver's Lounge daily, maintaining a clean, guest-ready space stocked with snacks, beverages, and supplies
  • Ensure all event attendees and guests complete required waivers and insurance paperwork before participating
  • Assist with lunch orders, beverage service, and general hospitality in the Member Clubhouse
  • Maintain uniform and grooming standards consistent with a luxury private club environment

This role is highly visible and member-facing, which means the person in this Member Relations Associate position in Maricopa, AZ shapes the experience from the first hello to the last goodbye.
