Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team! In this essential role, you’ll help jump-start our processes and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, making a direct impact on our ability to serve clients with excellence.


Key Details

  • Pay: $21.95/hour
  • Location: 9111 SE Saint Helens Street – Clackamas, OR 97015
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5 pm

What You’ll Do: As the Client Relations Assistant, your support is essential to the success of our compliance team. You’ll communicate with internal teams, engage with partners and vendors, and complete essential tasks that keep our processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors while managing communications via phone, email, and fax.
  • Handle daily tasks such as updating client information, processing invoices and payments, and filing documents digitally.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly fuel tax processing, prepare USDOT updates, and ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, following up on various processes and responses.
  • Engage in continuous learning and training.
