About Our Agency:
Agent Lockaby is a 4th generation State Farm Agent who has been serving the community for over 15 years. A native of Kennesaw, GA, and a Jacksonville State University graduate, he became the youngest State Farm agent in the country in 2008. He values his roles as a husband and father, often even bringing their Labrador retriever, Jake, to the office. 
Agent Lockaby fosters team camaraderie through activities like bowling, attending Atlanta United and Braves games, and organizing group lunches. Last year, the entire team took a beach trip to Mexico for a fantastic bonding experience. 
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Glynn Lockaby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
