About Our Agency:
Agent Lockaby is a 4th generation State Farm Agent who has been serving the community for over 15 years. A native of Kennesaw, GA, and a Jacksonville State University graduate, he became the youngest State Farm agent in the country in 2008. He values his roles as a husband and father, often even bringing their Labrador retriever, Jake, to the office. 
Agent Lockaby fosters team camaraderie through activities like bowling, attending Atlanta United and Braves games, and organizing group lunches. Last year, the entire team took a beach trip to Mexico for a fantastic bonding experience.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Glynn Lockaby - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
