Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead end-to-end project management for AirTrain capital and operational initiatives, making a significant impact by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., internal departments, contractors, consultants, and external agencies like the Port Authority), monitor project progress and risks, and coordinate procurement processes, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. ,

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations. ,

  • Coordinating with internal departments, contractors, consultants, and external agencies (e.g., Port Authority). ,

  • Managing procurement processes, including RFP development, vendor selection, and contract administration. ,

  • Preparing and presenting project updates, reports, and documentation to senior leadership and stakeholders. ,

  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and public communication efforts as needed. ,

  • Collaborating with clients to develop project scope, cost, and milestones in alignment with PMI standards. ,

  • Overseeing project activities, planning, procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures. ,
