Operations Associate II

We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Coquitlam, British Columbia

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate II is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver products to customers;  
  • Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading; 
  • Service and maintain customer equipment; 
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment;  
  • Install machines at customer locations;  
  • Provide assistance as needed to the operations team. 

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager. 


Total Rewards:

CAD $45,700.00 - $59,488.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma preferred; 
  • 1 year in similar role; 
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract; 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience. 

COMPETENCIES

  • Bilingualism in concerned provinces; 
  • Basic computer skills;  
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills; 
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
