Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Setup and Teardown: Efficiently set up and dismantle event equipment such as tables, chairs, and staging, ensuring safety and timeliness according to event specifications.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and assist with heavy machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts (training and certification will be provided).
  • Facility Maintenance: Keep event spaces, lobbies, and outdoor areas clean and presentable, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Safety and Security: Actively maintain the security of the facility, perform perimeter checks, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to quickly address client, guest, and team needs, enhancing the event experience.
