Customer Master Administrator

Cypress, CA

Full-Time • Non-Exempt • Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Master Administrator to support the creation, maintenance, and integrity of customer records within SAP. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating customer information, ensuring compliance with company policies and JSOX requirements, maintaining accurate customer master data, and supporting tax-related documentation and transactions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer information is properly maintained to support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do Credit Master Data Management
  • Review and investigate new customer applications for accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy.
  • Create new customer records and maintain customer master data within SAP.
  • Process requests for additional customer locations, updates, and modifications to existing accounts.
  • Create and update customer records and locations to ensure information remains accurate and current.
  • Maintain customer pricing and account information within SAP.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all customer master data forms and documentation comply with company policies and JSOX requirements before implementing changes.
  • Review submitted information for completeness and accuracy prior to approval.
  • Maintain data integrity standards and support audit requirements as needed.
Customer Support & Communication
  • Respond to customer master data inquiries received by phone and other communication channels.
  • Research and resolve customer account issues, following up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer information is accurately reflected across systems.
What You'll Bring Education & Experience
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in credit analysis, customer master data management, accounts receivable, or a related function.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing, distribution, or corporate environment preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience working within SAP, particularly Customer Master and Accounts Receivable modules, strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Avalara or similar tax management platforms preferred.
  • Strong data entry, validation, and record management skills.

Compensation & Benefits
