Job description

Objective:
The Inventory Demand Planner's primary responsibility is to analyze and forecast customer demand and develop strategies to meet customer requirements. This position will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to forecast customer orders and develop a supply chain strategy to meet those demands. The Inventory Demand Planner will also be responsible for analyzing customer trends and developing strategies to maximize customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand.
  • Manage customer orders and inventory levels to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor customer service levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop supply chain strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement inventory control policies.
  • Assist in the development of new products and services.

Qualifications:
