The Associate Customer Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships remotely within an assigned territory, primarily supporting retailers for a single client. This position reports to the Virtual Sales Customer Manager and serves as the primary virtual sales contact for the retailers. Through phone, video conferencing, email, and other digital communication methods, the Associate Customer Manager builds strong customer relationships, executes sales strategies, and achieves short and long-term performance objectives.

This role focuses on sales development, promotional execution, new item placement, distribution perform similar selling responsibilities as others in the job family while supporting small and midsized retailers purchasing through AWG and UNFI.
