Customer Experience Associate

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Customer Experience Associate with a fast-paced, product-based company known for its collaborative culture and operational growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop early in your career by providing exceptional service to customers while supporting order management, inventory validation, and daily inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Review and validate inventory availability and order information.
  • Manage and resolve customer service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and support fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
  • Communicate order updates, shipment information, and issue resolutions to customers.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes.
  • Support miscellaneous customer service and administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to learn new systems, products, and processes quickly.
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office support experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Order entry or data entry experience (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting customers in a product-based environment (nice to have).
  • Inventory, fulfillment, or operations support experience (nice to have).
  • Experience managing a high-volume workload (nice to have).
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment (nice to have).
