Overview

Brandt is continuing to grow and expand our business and we are currently seeking for a Territory Manager in our Regina, SK location to join our team.  

The Territory Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of Brandt Industries' Steel Processing, Fabrication, Machining, Industrial Repair, and Coating services within an assigned territory. The position focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting customers with solutions that meet their operational
requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to promote Brandt's capabilities, generate sales opportunities, and support the successful execution of customer projects. 

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for Brandt's products and services.
  • Promote Brandt's capabilities in steel processing, fabrication, machining, industrial repair, and coating services.
  • Prepare customer quotations and proposals in collaboration with engineering, estimating, and operations teams.
  • Follow up on open quotations and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer activity records, opportunity pipelines, and sales reports.
    Support customers by coordinating solutions to address operational and maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Work collaboratively with Operations Manger and other Territory Manager(s) to develop the territory sales strategy
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Engineering Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or industrial experience is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, steel processing, fabrication, or industrial services is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
