To thrive as a Customer Engineer Intern, you need a basic understanding of computer science, troubleshooting, and customer service, often supported by coursework in IT or engineering. Familiarity with cloud platforms, operating systems, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira is commonly expected.
