This role is critical to implementing and supporting the vision and mission of the CORE Learning & Development organization.

You will lead a team of Training Delivery Program Managers located across multiple sites in the U.S. and will be responsible for managing a geographically dispersed team. • Expansion: Leverage lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to expand the onboarding model to existing and new OCI data center sites globally.
  • Program Management: Partner with CORE Program Managers to implement and deliver early career, onboarding, and upskilling programs across the data center organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from front-line managers to senior executives across OCI, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
