We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. Help maintain data models and schemas, and ensure data is consistently represented.
  • Lead Capture & Form Strategy: Connect the dots between data initiatives to maximize the customer experience and the data collection needs to progress contacts for data acquisition. Drive improvements in data collection quality and downstream usability.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to support testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Monitor key data health metrics and champion continuous improvement.

What you bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on marketing operations, customer data, and marketing technology
  • Proven experience developing and implementing customer, account, and audience data strategies in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of customer identity, data governance, and marketing data architecture

  • Global marketing experience in a highly matrixed, cross-cultural, international company is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to present thoughts and plans in a visually compelling manner, meet or exceed deadlines, and manage multiple demanding projects simultaneously
