What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative
  • Taking inbound calls for current and new customers
  • Making outbound calls to current customers with service plans
  • Schedule appointments for incoming service calls
  • Schedule maintenance appointments for WireNut Home Service service plan members
  • Pitch and sell memberships to non-members
Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):
  • Customer service experience
  • Phone skills
  • Scheduling skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Outgoing personality
  • Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: Averaging $21.00 - 27.00/hour (base starting at $21.00/hour)
Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on weekly scorecards
