Job description

Join us as a Marketing Reporting Analyst.

As a Marketing Reporting Analyst for Capital Partners Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for contributing and executing Marketing Operations Activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Capital Partners Marketing’s business line and products to produce and maintain key marketing collateral
  • Deliver day‑to‑day core marketing operations processes and/or materials to support best‑in‑class collateral, presentations, and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to create client presentations
  • Work closely with Data Governance, Technology, and various groups throughout the firm to help enhance existing platforms, build new tools, and ultimately automate production processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product positioning and marketing requirements to service our existing client base and new prospects
  • Convert complex data and concepts to attractive tables, graphs, maps, and charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign
  • Capture, analyze and report appropriate ROI data and make recommendations for the ongoing optimization of activities
  • Implement marketing technology best practices and recommend improvements based on firm and industry guidelines to drive business results
  • Identify and elevate issues and contribute to projects to maintain data and messaging integrity
  • Coordinate the tracking and reporting of key budget planning, operational processes, and reports throughout the year
  • Assist with special projects on an ad‑hoc basis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of working experience and/or knowledge of the securities industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign) and ability to learn how to leverage automation platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer‑service approach
  • Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines while working under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and optimize processes
  • Organized and willing to take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to work with autonomy as well as in a team environment
  • Resourceful and creative problem‑solver
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary Range (NY): $75,000 – $90,000 base salary + annual bonus opportunity. BBH and its affiliates’ compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. The anticipated base salary range shown above is only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost‑of‑living and labor considerations.
