What You'll Do

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, providing exceptional service while helping them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person.

Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, payments, and coverage inquiries.

Process policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests.

Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.

Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products that better protect customers and their families.

Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience and build long-term relationships.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Work closely with the agency team to provide prompt, professional service.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.

Insurance experience is preferred but not required.

Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain after hire.
