Cityย Kia is growing again. We are looking for a provenย  Accessories installer. Hiring experienced for a fast passed shop. Applicant must have experience in all areas of installation . A plus to know current products and market trends. Any experience installing other 12 volt product is a major plus.. You must be well rounded. This is a very fast-paced environment. From a basic build to a SEMA build.ย  We are a one stop shop that offers a wide verity service from Wrap, PPF, tint, car audio, custom fabrication, custom wheels & tires just to name a few.ย  With unlimited income potential including bonuses, spiffs and a fun exciting work environment.

Job Summary:

Theย Aftermarket Parts Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing aftermarket automotive components on cars andย SUVs. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Install accessories (Cold air intakes, dash cameras and more)
  • Inspect completed repairs and installations to ensure quality and vehicle readiness for return to service while maintaining accurate records
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with internal team members and customers when needed
  • Navigate shop systems and accurately document work orders,
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and develop professional skills
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Maintain shop cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment
  • Work with your team to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Experience installing aftermarket accessories for cars and trucks
  • Experience with mount and balance, suspension components is a huge plusย 
  • Must possess your own set of professional tools
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders
  • Ability to work scheduled store hours
