Aspire Autosports is your one-stop-shop in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota for all of your aftermarket needs for your vehicle. Aspire Autosports is a division of Dimmitt Automotive Group, one of the largest ultra-luxury dealership franchises in the country. Founded in 2012, we at Aspire Autosports pride ourselves on providing the best in custom wheels, tires, body packages, performance packages and accessories. We have a variety of brands and sizes to fit any vehicle and budget.

Job Description

The Fabricator will perform fabrication of trucks and other classic and exotic vehicles.

  • Assemble high-end custom cars
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs performed
  • Weld fire wall holes, inner fenders, and custom body upgrades
  • Ensures required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards
  • Follows all shop policy, procedures, safety and environmental rules
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years custom frame work experience in welding, body mounts, exterior panels, engine mounts, cross members and engine compartments
  • 3+ years automotive sheet metal and fabrication experience
  • Ability to create parts, panels, and brackets where none exist, without instructions
  • Knowledge of shop equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Read and follow instructions
  • Organized
  • Self starter
  • Valid driver's license
Benefits

Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:

Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service

Company funded Group Term Life and matching AD&D in the amount of $5,000.00

PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service

Paid holidays after the completion of 90 days of service

401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate’s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.

        o 10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service

        o 100% vested after the completion of 2 years of service

Company funded Employee Assistance Program offering 6 counseling sessions per year for the associate, spouse, and dependent children

Employee Discount Program to include sales and service
