TKG Construction is seeking an experienced and driven High-End Residential Project Manager to lead and manage our custom residential projects in the unique and high-end market of Jackson, WY. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Oversight: Manage all on-site activities for custom residential construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Team Leadership: Supervise and direct crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople. Promote a positive, productive, and safety-conscious work environment.

Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work adheres to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Communication: Act as the primary on-site contact, communicating effectively with clients, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.

Scheduling & Coordination: Develop, maintain, and adjust project schedules. Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.

Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance, conducting regular safety meetings and ensuring a safe work environment.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of daily activities, site progress, changes, and issues. Prepare and submit reports to senior management.

Resource Management: Ensure the availability and proper use of equipment, tools, and materials. Manage deliveries and on-site inventory.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is executed to the highest standards and that they are satisfied with the final product.


The ideal candidate should possess:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent role, with specific experience managing high-end, custom residential projects with extensive experience in high-end craftsmanship.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage crews, and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in construction methods, materials, and reading blueprints. Familiarity with using and managing equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts.

Safety Focused: Strong commitment to job site safety, with knowledge of OSHA regulations preferred.

Problem-Solving Ability: Effective at identifying potential issues and implementing solutions swiftly.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors.

Schedule:
