At Federal Heath, our success is a direct result of our exceptional people. We are looking to add a talented and motivated PROJECT MANAGER who shares our values of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and mutual respect to our Hurst TX or Jacksonville TX (near Tyler) team. This is a HYBRID role, with an expectation of being in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Position Objective and Responsibility:
A Project Manager (PM) on the Custom Projects Team will be primarily responsible for the duties and
activities outlined below:
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a custom project and entire scope of work.
  • Responsible from start to finish, costing, manufacturing and installation.
  • Review and interpret site surveys and code checks
  • Populate estimate worksheet and customer proposals
  • Work with installers to obtain permits
  • Create and issue purchase orders to suppliers
  • Communicate with Field Supervisors as needed
  • Maintain job costs
  • Create and manage change orders
  • Complete variance and warranty reports as needed
  • Approve A/P invoices
  • Process customer invoicing
  • Customer communications - updates, requests for information, installation coordination
  • Maintain internal systems and any customer specific programs/spreadsheets

Skills and Experience Desired:
  • Extensive knowledge of the signage industry, experience with custom projects and hi-rise type signage is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel.
  • Large custom project experience is desired but not required. Will train the right person who has the drive to learn and add to our success.
  • Construction background/experience is a plus.
  • This position requires a self-motivated, extremely organized individual capable of performing multiple tasks independently while adhering to a stringent timeline.
  • This is a fast paced, detail-oriented position which requires a strong and committed team player.
  • The candidate must be able to react quickly and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
