What You’ll Do:

EVstudio is looking for a client-driven Architect to take on a key role in our Custom Homes studio. If you're an architect with a passion for home design and client relationships, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

  • Maintain and expand client relationships
  • Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Draft construction documents for custom home and commercial projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standards
  • Support documentation updates, plan sets, and revisions in Revit, Bluebeam, and other AutoCAD programs
  • Apply redlines and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support the design of new projects across Colorado's Front Range and beyond

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience, including client-facing roles
  • Demonstrated residential project success and local market knowledge
  • Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset
  • Experience in commercial, multi-family, or municipal design sectors is a plus but NOT required

We are targeting a base salary of $50,000 to $80,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
