The Company:

Established in 2007, TMD Custom Builders is an award-winning, high-end custom home building and remodeling firm based in Littleton, CO. We pride ourselves on transforming our clients' boldest ideas into luxurious, finely crafted homes. Through an attitude of service, a commitment to communication, and maintaining positive relationships, we provide the best custom construction experience possible.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Custom Home Superintendent to manage daily on-site operations for our luxury new builds, full home rebuilds, and major additions. At TMD, we guarantee our clients superior quality and craftsmanship by having a dedicated field supervisor on-site. You will be the driving force behind this promise—ensuring that every project is executed with precision, stays on schedule, and meets our rigorous standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Leadership: Serve as the primary on-site manager for high-end residential projects (ranging from $300k to $10M+).
  • Quality Control: Maintain TMD’s standard of exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail at every phase of the build, ensuring flawless finishing touches.
  • Subcontractor Management: Schedule, coordinate, and oversee our skilled group of trades and subcontractors, ensuring they have the resources needed and are held accountable to our quality standards.
  • Schedule & Budget Adherence: Drive the project schedule forward to ensure we deliver on time, every time, without compromising safety or quality.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work closely with our internal project managers, architects, and designers to bring bold visions to life and proactively solve site challenges.
  • Client Experience: Uphold our commitment to the highest level of customer service by maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site that respects the client's property and neighborhood.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all job sites comply with OSHA safety standards, local building codes, and municipal inspection requirements.
  • Standard of Excellence: We expect all employees to hold to TMD's Standard of Excellence and exhibit our core values.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor, specifically in high-end custom residential construction or major luxury remodels.
  • Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the building codes and municipal processes in the Denver metro area (specifically Littleton, Bow Mar, Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of residential building methods, plan reading, and construction management software.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients, architects, and tradesmen alike.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate issues before they arise and collaboratively troubleshoot on the fly.
  • Reliability: A proven track record of delivering projects on time and exceeding client expectations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • $80-90k plus bonuses for closing jobs on schedule and completing the full punch list within 30 days of closing. Bonuses are based on job size.
  • Health & Dental insurance
  • 12 days of PTO plus sick days and holidays
  • 401k with matching contributions after 1 year of employment
  • Profit Share eligibility after 6 months of service
  • 1 tank of gas a week after the first 60 days on company card
