Job description

WillowWood Global LLC of Mt Sterling, OH is seeking to hire a full-time associate to join a team responsible for the fabrication of prosthetic devices - custom designed devices that help amputees. This is a great opportunity to apply fabrication or general labor skills into a manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position that involves using tools, operating equipment, preparing materials, and helping produce custom prosthetic products. Previous prosthetic experience is not required. We will provide training to candidates who are reliable, willing to learn, and committed to producing quality work.
What You'll Do
  • Operate basic production and fabrication equipment after training
  • Use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, grinders, and sanders
  • Trim, grind, sand, shape, and finish products
  • Follow work instructions and production procedures
  • Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and defects
  • Move molds, materials, and completed products between work areas
  • Clean tools, equipment, and production areas
  • Perform basic equipment care and routine maintenance
  • Maintain an organized and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned
