  • Inspect finished doors for quality, identifying and correcting gaps, warping, surface flaws, and dimensional inconsistencies.
  • Rework or reject components that do not meet our premium craftsmanship standards.
  • Prepare completed doors for finishing by labeling, stacking, and racking.
  • Assist with specialty door construction and support cross-training opportunities throughout the shop.
  • Accurately document completed work in Innergy.

What We're Looking For

  • Cabinet door building, woodworking, millwork, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job in a manufacturing environment, including standing and moving throughout the workday, frequent use of hands and arms, occasional lifting and moving of materials, and the ability to safely operate equipment and inspect finished products. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

Why Join Us?

  • Build high-end products you can take pride in.
  • Learn from experienced woodworkers and expand your skills.
  • Be part of a team that values quality, precision, and continuous improvement.
