What You Will Be Doing
  • Direct and drive daily shop-floor operations for a 20-person custom assembly team, successfully balancing labor allocation to maximize daily throughput.
  • Command the master outbound shipping and delivery timeline, keeping logistics pipelines synchronized to ensure high-priority custom orders reach client sites exactly on schedule.
  • Safeguard technical and inventory data accuracy by auditing Bills of Material (BOMs), executing real-time ERP updates, and overseeing labor productivity reporting.
  • Mentor, develop, and upskill a versatile shop workforce through structured cross-training matrices, rigorous safety compliance, and proactive performance coaching.
  • Serve as the primary on-site authority for equipment uptime, identifying operational bottlenecks and driving continuous process improvements on the floor.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven leadership core featuring 5 or more years of manufacturing supervisory experience, with at least 3–5 years serving as the decisive, take-charge authority on a fast-paced production floor.
  • Logistics ownership with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on responsibility over outbound fulfillment and carrier scheduling, proving you know how to push complex orders out the door.
  • Command presence backed by a resilient, proactive personality and a proven ability to lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and hold a team accountable to strict quality standards.
  • Technical and digital literacy with deep hands-on experience navigating industrial ERP/MRP environments, alongside the concrete ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
