Griffon Aerospace, a leader in the exciting Unmanned Aerial System industry, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving/Driver/General Laborer to pick up, transport, and drop off various packages using a company provided vehicle and perform general tasks including inventory, facilities and custodial maintenance. POSITION SUMMARY
Griffon Aerospace is seeking a Shipping & Receiving/Driver/General Laborer to pick up, transport, and drop off various packages using a company provided vehicle and perform general tasks including inventory, facilities and custodial maintenance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver and pick up shipments from various vendors
  • Receive, register and distribute packages and letters
  • Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
  • Schedule large outgoing shipments
  • Loading and unloading freight
  • Daily custodial duties

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Previous delivery experience
  • Previous forklift operation experience
  • Previous experience with hand and power tools

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to pass forklift operation training
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs often and work standing up for a full 8 hr. shift
