Job description

We are seeking an administrative assistant for a growth-oriented search firm in Douglasville, GA. (This is a hybrid role) The role reports directly to the Managing Partner and is an opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally.


The Role:


  • Interviewing potential candidates and provide executive summary of selected candidates
  • Updating Database and Schedule interviews for candidates and clients
  • Creating outreach and job ads for new search assignments
