We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team either part-time or full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hygienist who values patient relationships, teamwork, and professional growth. You’ll work in a modern facility with a supportive team and a loyal patient base.

Job Description

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photos
Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if certified)
Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain strict infection control protocols
Build rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable, positive experience

Salary Range

Part-time $64,000 - $82,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No Fridays or weekends!)

Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

✔ Active Georgia RDH license
✔ 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience
✔ Proficiency in digital radiography
✔ Strong communication & patient education skills
✔ CPR certification

Preferences

• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Nitrous Oxide Certification
• Open Dental

✔ Local anesthesia certification
✔ Experience with periodontal therapy
✔ Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
✔ Nitrous oxide certification
