Accord Curtains is seeking a dependable and motivated Associate Installer to join our healthcare services team. This role focuses on servicing hospitals and medical facilities by installing, removing, and replacing privacy curtains in patient rooms and clinical spaces.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the day, and maintaining high standards in sensitive healthcare environments. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and interested in growing into a future team lead role as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, remove, and replace hospital privacy curtains in patient rooms, surgical areas, and clinical facilities.
  • Safely access curtain tracks using ladders and installation tools.
  • Follow hospital protocols, including infection prevention and cleanliness standards.
  • Load, unload, and transport curtains and equipment to and from service locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed at each facility.
  • Communicate professionally with hospital staff and internal team members.
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to Accord Curtains quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and job preparation when needed.
  • Support team leads and contribute to efficient job site operations.
