Job Title: Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) - GenAI / Full Stack
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite - 5 days/week)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor
Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD and internal platforms)
Partner with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lifecycle improvements
Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
Drive adoption and establish best practices for GenAI usage
Monitor and optimize tool performance, efficiency, and usage
Implement prompt engineering and workflow integration best practices
Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support
Required Technical Skills:
Strong full-stack experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, React/Angular/TypeScript, and Python
Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architecture, and microservices
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
Experience with cloud platforms such as OCP (OpenShift) or GCP
GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have):
Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude (Anthropic), and developer AI tools like Cursor or Copilot
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agent-based workflows
