We're seeking a Software Engineer to join our Patient Experience Cloud (PXC) team.
PXC is Zotec's FHIR-based patient billing and communication platform, the engine that powers how millions of patients receive, understand, and resolve their healthcare bills. As a Software Engineer on PXC, you'll build cloud-native, event-driven services that orchestrate patient communications at scale, and collaborate with experienced engineers who are passionate about solving hard problems in healthcare.   • Design, build, and operate cloud-native, event-driven services that power patient billing communications across SMS, email, voice, and web
  • Harness big data to provide insights and make healthcare billing easier to understand
  • Use AI and agentic workflows as a core part of your everyday engineering practice - we expect you to work daily with tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to design, write, review, and debug code.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to learn and share knowledge of modern development techniques
  • Drive fresh ideas on how new technology can be used to solve problems differently
  • Grow as a technologist in an inspiring environment with like-minded and tech hungry peers
